Shipping Policy

Here’s what to expect when you order from Avanory.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders.

Processing time

Orders usually process within 1–3 business days before they ship. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. In total, most orders are estimated to arrive within about 6–11 business days after being placed.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can vary.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email when it is available so you can follow your order’s progress.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice a mistake, email support@avanory.com immediately. We may be able to correct it if the order has not started processing or shipped yet.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery can take longer than expected due to carrier delays, high order volume, weather, supplier processing, or other factors outside our control.

If we are aware of a delay affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Significantly delayed orders

If your order is taking noticeably longer than the estimate above, email support@avanory.com with your order number. We will look into it and follow up with you.
